Certified Practitioner · Somatic Experiencing
feel stuck, lost, or want to move forward in their life. If you can't seem to move past self-sabotage, procrastination, & fear-based thinking, I'd love to see how I can support you. I believe that we are all the ruling sovereigns of our lives, & I'm not here to tell you what to do. Instead, I am here to help you uncover your deepest knowing, desires, & best roadmap for how to get to where you want to go; helping you to develop the confidence to boldly walk your unique path. With more than 10 years of experience, I've worked with a vast array of circumstances that my clients wanted relief from. I have worked in several areas of specialty in this time. I am trained to work with near-death experiences, altered states of consciousness (think integrating psychedelic journeys), & anesthesia/surgery. Another area of specialty is for folks who are adventurers & suffered some sort of traumatic incident while adventuring (think avalanches, climbing falls, biking accidents, etc). I also specialize in relationship issues. My approach to this is attachment based and informed by NARM principles. I especially love supporting people in the conundrum of "Will I stay or will I go?"

Frequently asked questions
How do I know if it's a fit?
It's very important for a client to feel a sense of resonance with their practitioner. Consent and respect for your autonomy are of the utmost importance to me. If you don't get that sense from me in our intro session, I'm likely not the right fit for you, and I'm very happy to help you find someone who does feel like the right fit. Within the first few sessions, I would hope that my clients feel seen, heard, and hopeful. Depending on your situation and what kind of symptoms you're experiencing, you may even notice some sense of relief there.
How does the free intro call work?
I'll send you a link to my calendar, and you can book a time that works for both of us. No pressure, no strings attached. Just an open and honest conversation about your needs and how I think I might be able to support you, so you can make the best decision for yourself.
How much do sessions cost?
My fee is $90 per session, or you can purchase packages of sessions at a discounted rate. There's more information available on my website. I also offer more intensive support that includes a weekly coaching session, as well as access to me via voice memo four days a week.
How often do sessions take place?
I trust my clients to know what works best for them as far as how much support they feel they need and their financial situation. I charge $90 per session, or offer discounts if you buy a package of sessions.
