People come to me who …

...outwardly often function well or reflect a lot - and inwardly notice that they do not truly feel or understand themselves. People who keep running into limits in contact with themselves or with others. Who experience that their reactions are faster than their conscious intentions. Many have learned to be strong, to adapt, or to achieve a lot. And they are beginning to question what of that truly reflects who they are. They no longer want to just react or optimize themselves, but want to stand more consciously, more authentically, and more presently in their lives.

What happens in a session

...is often about building a sustainable, adult relationship with yourself. Together we explore inner survival strategies that once made sense and are now limiting. It is about self-regulation, dealing with shame and self-criticism, and the capacity to stay in contact - with yourself and with others - even when it becomes emotionally challenging. I work on the basis of NARM and combine body-oriented bottom-up processes with conscious reflection. The goal is not symptom reduction alone, but more inner coherence, presence, and relational competence.

About me

I am moved by the question of why, despite insight, we keep falling into the same inner and interpersonal patterns. Through my own exploration, I have experienced how deeply early imprints work - and how essential it is to turn toward yourself honestly. This attitude also shapes my accompaniment: present, differentiated, and relationship-oriented.

Early on, I was moved by the question of why people keep falling into the same relationship patterns despite having insight. Through my own engagement with body psychotherapy, I experienced that lasting change does not come from understanding alone, but through an embodied process. Today I accompany people in exactly this tension: between autonomy and connection, between inner protection and genuine presence.
